Will my job need planning permission?
Often, and we handle it. We draw the job in 3D so you can see it before anything is built, then take the application through the council ourselves.
What does a quote cost?
Nothing. We come out, measure up and put a price in writing. There is no obligation and nothing is owed if you decide against it.
Do you do the work yourselves?
Yes — groundworks through to completion, with one team. Your job is not handed to a subcontractor you have never met.
How far do you travel?
We are in Lochgelly and work across Fife and most of mainland Scotland. For anything further out, ask and we will tell you whether it makes sense.
What kind of work do you do?
Extensions and conservatory roof conversions, garage conversions, garden rooms, decking and patios, kitchen and utility rebuilds, fencing, insulation, and bespoke media walls.
